Durch die \u00d6ffnung der R\u00e4ume und das Aufbrechen der Unterteilungen, hat man gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige R\u00e4ume geschaffen, die dank bodentiefer Fensterelemente lichtdurchflutet und hell winken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Au\u00dfenansicht des Geb\u00e4udes weckt sofort Aufmerksamkeit, da es sich durch die Fensterelemente sowie durch die abgestimmte Gestaltung von Fassade und Dach stark von den angrenzenden Geb\u00e4uden abhebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Projekt ist beispielhaft f\u00fcr die Sanierung von Reihenh\u00e4usern.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>K\u00d6NIGSKINDERWEG Das Reihenhaus aus den 60iger Jahren wurde komplett saniert und renoviert.
